Our focus is on fresh produce highlighting some of Mexico's most famous Chiles such as chipotle, guajillo, pasilla and habanero. The menu is designed to be shared either as a couple or as a group offering a selection of tapas styled dishes that reflect traditional recipes with our signature Maya twist. Try our Negro Calamari which is quickly flamed in the pan with quajillo and served with a chipotle mayo, or the butterfly prawns marinated in Kaffir lime and citrus is to die for as are the slow cooked meatballs.

 

To compliment the dinner menu we have designed a cocktail and margarita  list that will suit all palates like the refreshing Panda Margarita with Kaffir lime infused Reposado and peach liqueur, fresh lime and lemon juice with a hint of Agave nectar or our famous Raspberry and Cinnamon Mojito. We have a refined wine list promoting Latin American varietals as well as some local favourites. You may also find yourself tempted to sip on one of our many premium tequilas either 'solo' or with our signature sangrita. Our experienced bar team are always at hand to guide you through the history, production and the mixology of Tequila.
