Lightly fried sweet cinnamon coated tortillas stacked with chilli ice cream and almonds then drizzled with a butterscotch and caramel sauce
Maya's diablito coffee
Slowly brewed coffee poured over orange zest, stirred gently with agavenectar, cloves and star anise and topped off with butterscotch and cinnamon cream.
